The normal pattern of Sunday services during a month is as follows, but please check our calendar for specific dates because there are occasional variations:

| 3rd Sunday | 9.30am | Holy Communion (Common Worship) |
| 4th Sunday | 9.30am | Holy Communion (Book of Common Prayer) |
When there is a fifth Sunday in the month, a joint service is held at one of Barton, Haslingfield, Harlton, Great or Little Eversden, in rotation.
Morning prayers are said in the church on Mondays and Fridays at 9.15am.
